Dear Mr. Snyder:
SUBJECT Sound Ford Temporary Use Permit (LUA 00-143)
As you already know, Sound Ford submitted a land use application for a
Temporary Use Permit for a used car sales event located at 519 SW 12th Street
on October 20, 2000. Upon review, the application was deemed untimely and
was unable to process because the event was scheduled to start the same day
the application was submitted. Therefore, the event manager was given verbal
permission to continue and warned that future Temporary.Use Permits would
require two or three weeks of lead time in order to process the permit.
With this letter, this application isto be considered completed and closed out for
final filing. However, please take note that future Temporary Use Permits
will not be approved unless they are applied for at a minimum of two weeks
in advance of the event.

SUBJECT: Sound Ford Temporary Use Permit
Sound Ford submitted a land use application for a Temporary Use Permit for a used car sales
