Upon review, the application was deemed untimely and was unable to process because the event was scheduled to start the same day the application was submitted. Therefore, the event manager was given verbal permission to continue and warned that future Temporary.Use Permits would require two or three weeks of lead time in order to process the permit. With this letter, this application isto be considered completed and closed out for final filing. However, please take note that future Temporary Use Permits will not be approved unless they are applied for at a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event.
