along west side of West Perimeter Road. A crane will be used to lower large trunk sections to the ground
to protect existing utilities(underground)and not damage vegetated areas adjacent to the road. A
chainsaw will be used to cut the trees and the smaller limbs will be chipped on site and the larger sections
of trees will be hauled off site by truck.
CONDITIONS OF PERMIT APPROVAL:
•Applicant shall comply with all applicable sections of the City of Renton Land Clearing and Tree Cutting
Ordinance and the City Noise Ordinance. The work is not for the purpose of preparing the site for future
development.
• No work is to be performed in areas where slopes exceed 40% or in areas in excess of 25%slope where
class II or class Ill landslide hazard potential has been identified.
• No equipment or trees will obstruct a City sidewalk or street. Street and sidewalk to be kept clean of
debris at all times.
•All downed vegetation shall be removed from site within 60 calendar days of disturbance.
PERMIT EXPIRATION: This permit is good from the date of issuance(noted below)for a period not to
exceed one year. Any work performed after that time will require either a permit extension or a separate
permit.

the property boundaries of the surrounding parcels within approximately one thousand feet(1,000'),or
approximately two thousand five hundred feet(2,500)for properties over five(5)acres,and identifying the
subject site with a darker perimeter line than that of surrounding properties.
Kroll Map Company(206-448-8277)produces maps that may serve this purpose or you may use the King
County Assessor's maps as a base for the Neighborhood Detail Map, Additional information (i.e.land
uses and building outlines for adjacent sites)will need to be added by the applicant.

proposed to be clawed and the types and sizes of vegetation/trees to be removed or altered, future
building site(if any),right-of-ways, utility lines,and easements. (Note: Clearing should not occur outside

overhang/overlap a construction line,this must also be indicated on the plan. The plan must be drawn to
