due to scheduling conflicts, Lesley Nishihira is no longer processing this Lot Line Adjustment
application. The remaining changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your
proposal:

due to scheduling conflicts, Lesley Nishihira is no longer processing this Lot Line Adjustment
application. The remaining changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your
proposal:
1. Note that the word"DEVELOPEMENT"is°:incorrectly spelled in all instances on drawing
, Sheets 1 and 2 of 2, including the:title block': The correct spelling is DEVELOPMENT.

following comments:
Note that the word"DEVELOPEMENT" is incorrectly spelled in all instances on drawing Sheets 1
and 2 of 2, including the title block. The correct spelling is DEVELOPMENT.
Also see the attachment for a change to the identifying names for the revised parcels. The revised

THE LOTS CREATED HEREIN FALL WITHIN ZONE 2 OF RENTON'S AQUIFER
PROTECTION AREA AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
CITY OF RENTON ORDINANCE NO. 4367 AND AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 4740. THIS CITY'S SOLE SOURCE OF DRINKING WATER IS SUPPLIED
FROM A SHALLOW AQUIFER UNDER THE CITY SURFACE. THERE IS NO
NATURAL BARRIER BETWEEN THE WATER TABLE AND GROUND SURFACE.
EXTREME CARE SHOULD BE EXERCISED WHEN HANDLING OF ANY LIQUID
SUBSTANCE OTHER THAN WATER TO PROTECT FROM CONTACT WITH THE
GROUND SURFACE. IT IS THE HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO

Format and Legal Description Review
Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have the
following comments:
Comments for the Applicant:
Note the City of Renton land use action number and land record number, LUA-00-147-LLA and
LND-30-0219, respectively, on the drawing. The type size used for the land record number should
be smaller than that used for the land use action number.
The City of Renton official signing this lot line adjustment is an Administrator, not the"Director."
The City of Renton does not require legal descriptions for adjusted parcels;therefore,the legal
descriptions for the"NEW"parcels were not reviewed.
Tie City of Renton Mon#1325 is a benchmark only. Insufficient data is provided to determine the
distance between Mon #1894 and the SE corner of Section 4 (Mon #159 is a benchmark). Make a
tie to another City of Renton Survey Control Network horizontal control monument. Mon #716 is at
the intersection of Union Ave NE and NE 19th St.
See the attachment for missing distances for proposed Lots A and B.
Note the addresses of the two lots on the drawing.
Because the subject property falls within Zone 2 of the City of Renton Aquifer Protection Area,the
Aquifer Protection Notice needs to be noted on the drawing. See the attachment.
