Request for Proposals
PROJECT EIS FOR SOUTHPORT WEST
The City of Renton, Washington (“City”) is issuing this request for qualifications and proposal (RFQ/P) for
a consultant with experience and expertise to develop a project Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
The project is for completion of a commercial development at tax at parcel nos. 082305-9191 and -9178.
Southport West, LLC has proposed to build 5 high-rise towers with roughly 1.2 million sf of office and
50,000 sf of retail development in 3 phases.
The city will review all proposals for completeness and compliance with the terms and conditions
contained in the RFP. The city retains the right to reject any or all proposals and the right to waive any
minor irregularities in the selection process.
Interested parties will be required to submit a proposal package as outlined in the RFP no later than
March 9, 2023.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is posted at rentonwa.gov/bids.
Delivery of the RFP submittal by the date and time stated herein is the responsibility of the respondent.
