5:42 President Dan Clawson called meeting to order.
5:43 General discussion on proposed budget, including pros and cons of taking a draw
from financial account. Don made a motion to accept the Museum Budget as
presented. Dan seconded. Motion carried.
5:56 Wrap up and adjournment.
