NOTICE OF APPLICATION
RENTON, WASHINGTON
Notice is hereby given that the City of Renton has accepted the following proposal for review:
City of Renton Stormwater Management Action Plan for Johns Creek
LUA23-000043, ECF
Location: Citywide. The City of Renton, Utility Systems Division, is requesting Environmental Review for the
proposed adoption of a Stormwater Management Action Plan for the Johns Creek subbasin. The city is required
to develop this plan based on requirements of the Washington State Department of Ecology National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit.
Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM on March 2, 2023. Please
submit comments online at https://cutt.ly/SQvBak4. Alternatively, you may physically mail your comments to:
City of Renton, CED, Attn: Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Please include the Land
Use file number (LUA). Anyone who submits written comments will automatically become a party of record and
will be notified of any decision on this project.
