A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on February 28, 2023 at 11:00AM by
means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

Location: 17426 108th Ave SE (APN 2923059017) 10828/10810 SE Petrovitsky Rd/ (APN 2923059110, 2923059095) The
applicant is requesting Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, SEPA Review, a Parking Modification, and a Street Standards
Modification for the construction of a new 4,088 sq. ft. convenience store, a 2,900 sq. ft. gas station canopy, and a 2,850
sq. ft. bank. The project site totals 72,980 sq. ft. and is located within the CA zone and Urban Design District D. Legal
