See also https://cutt.ly/43I5CuE PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As part of the 2022 City of Renton Stormwater Management Program Plan (SWMP), the City of Renton proposes the finalization of a Stormwater Management Action Plan (SMAP) for the Johns Creek subbasin. The SMAP process assessed local receiving waters and contributing area conditions, and prioritized which receiving waters would benefit from stormwater management actions. Johns Creek was selected as the priority subbasin. The Johns Creek SMAP identifies stormwater facility retrofits, tailored SWMP actions, and land or development management strategies for water quality management. The surface water area encompasses the Johns Creek catchment within the City of Renton of approximately 2 square miles.
