Gentlemen:
The Planning Commission at its public hearing
of April 22, 1964 , after due consideration and study,
recommended favorably on the following items:
1. ,AYLE HALSEN: Recommends that the property
as described in Appl. No. R-155-63 be rezoned from
R-1 to R-3.
2. RENTON SCHOOL DISTRICT: Recommends that the
properties as described in Appl. No. R-173-64 be re-
classified from G-7200 to B-1.

3. 'MARK HOKENSON: Recommends that the proper-
ty as described in Appl. Ho. R-179-64 be reclassi- Li+,a f
fied from G-7200 to B-1.
4. STANDARD OIL COMPANY: Recommends that a
Variance be granted to the Standard Oil Company for
a sign at 2705 Sunset Boulevard as described in Appl.
No. V-182-64.
5. ALOHA RANCH: Recommends the approval of the
Preliminary Plat of Aloha Ranch as approved by the
Planning Commission.
The concurrence of the City Council in the fore-
going recommendations is respectfully requested.
