Re: Ben Cabreroa rezoning
Dear Helmie s
We are handing you herewith the stencil of proposed rezoning
ordinance for parties named Cabreros. We understand that this
matter has been referred to the .Planning Committee for further .
consideration. Youwill notice that we have provided in the:
ordinance for. the required setback and side yard 'towhich, as
we understand it, the property owner has voluntarily agreed.
It may be that the Cabreros are also willing to'grant' an ease—
ment to the City for street and utility purposes of the South
20 feet of- the subject'property but this again, as -previously
expressed- so many times, would have to be done on a .strictly;
voluntary basis and should not be listed or inferred as a
condition precedent" to any rezoning. We have discussed this
matter with the Cabreros' attorney in Seattle on several occasions
and he undoubtedly would be willing to so recommend.
If you have any further questions in this matter, please let us
know.
We remain
Very truly yours,
