This ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM NO. 1 is made and entered in to on
February 1st 2023, between the City of Renton, (City) and Trelstad Enterprises
(Contractor) collectively (Parties) pursuant to and in compliance with the MASTER
AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL TREE MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL SERVICES
CAG-22-406 (Agreement) following bid proposal process.
The Parties agree as follows:
Each and every provision of the MASTER AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL TREE
MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL SERVICES CAG-22-406 dated December 21st 2022
(Agreement) shall remain in full force and effect and the CAG-22-406 ON-CALL
WORK ORDER ADDENDUM NO. 1 is as follows:
1.Project Name: On-Call Tree Maintenance
2.City Division: Parks Planning & Natural Resources - Urban Forestry

3.Scope of Services: Removal of tree debris from fallen fir and leaning maple (or as
set forth in CAG-22-406 ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM NO.1 )
4.Technical Approach: Use of Chip truck and Bucket truck, Chipper, tree crew.
Additional specifications and requirements may be attached to this form or as set
forth in CAG-22- 406 ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM NO. 1
5.Deliverables: Work as described in contractor invoice and observed by Ian Gray
(Or as set forth in CAG-22-406 ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM NO. 1)

6.Schedule: Hourly work as per invoice #15321

7.Cost/Hour Estimates
Contractor agrees to perform the services as described above for the amount not to exceed
$5,642.63 (Or as set forth in CAG-22-406 ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM N0.1)
unless modified by the City in a signed written subsequent to CAG-22-406
ON-CALL WORK ORDER ADDENDUM

9.Total Amount Payable to the Contractor under the Maser On-Call Agreement is
