Dear City of Renton:
It is our understanding that the location of the proposed BMC Renton project is found in a
geologic hazard area. There is an existing seismic hazard in each of the four parcels
(3023059091, 3023059099, 3023059098, and 3023059096) of the proposed project. Any
purchasers of the proposed project land will be advised by the property owner of the geologic
risk before any closing sales.
