NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on March 7, 2023 at 9:00AM by means
of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

Location: 3924 NE 12th St (PID 0423059099) The applicant is requesting preliminary subdivision, Hearing Examiner site
plan approval, and a street modification for a 90-unit townhome development on seven (7) parcels (APNs 0423059063,
0423059067, 0423059099, 0423059140, 0423059101, 0423059247 and 0423059100) zoned RM-F and R-10. A 25%
wetland buffer reduction is proposed.
