Bidders shall acknowledge the receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 2 in the place provided in the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda. Failure to do so may result in your bid proposal being disqualified. Call for Bids The first paragraph of the Call for Bids is revised as follows: Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the lobby of Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton WA 98057. No mailed, Fedex, or UPS delivered will be accepted. Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read via the Zoom video-conferencing web application at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2023 (60 minutes after published bid submittal time). Any bids received after the published bid submittal time cannot be considered and will not be accepted. Additional Information for Bidders In response to questions received from prospective bidders and planholders, the City is revising the construction plans and/or technical specifications for the Motor Control Center (MCC). The City anticipates issuing an addendum on March 1, 2023, related to the design changes including responses to questions received. ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT.
