Hi Michael,
I just spoke to the contractor. The crosswalk sign is being installed right now. The fencing will be moved today.
Here are various sections of the operating agreement between the city and HealthPoint regarding responsibilities. As refuse service is considered a utility – that is specifically stated
– along with janitorial services.
5.3.3 Operational Costs. HealthPoint shall be responsible for all Operational Costs of the
Project. These costs may be collected from or paid directly by FFCCF, RSD, or other approved users of
the Project.
“Operational Costs” shall mean all costs necessarily incurred to operate the Project in compliance
with this Agreement, excluding the costs of Regular and Capital Maintenance. Operational costs include,
but are not limited to, the cost of utilities, janitorial services, groundskeeping services, staffing,
professional services, marketing, programming, and supplies.
If this satisfies, your items, can you please send an email to Rob Shuey indicating your approval regarding TCO. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
