Vehicles and boats which are kept on site and outside of an enclosed building shall be operational and currently registered. RMC 4-4-085D.3. Impermissible Parking Locations: Except for recreational vehicles and commercial vehicles being used for development activity pursuant to a valid City -issued permit, all motor vehicles shall be parked on a lawfully established driveway or an approved impervious surface. A separate violation of this Section shall be deemed to have occurred when, after issuance of a citation, twenty four (24) or more consecutive hours passes and the offending vehicle remains in an impermissible location, regardless of whether or not the vehicle has been relocated from the original location. For the purpose of this Section, driveways consisting of compacted dirt and/or gravel established prior to the effective date of this Section shall be considered a permissible parking location. Violations: An unlicensed Chrysler 300 in the driveway and an unlicensed maroon Audi that has not moved in over a year. The Maroon Audi and a dark colored Chevrolet parked on the dirt/grass. July 27, 2022: Email to Washington State Department of Dealer Licensing Information asking about information on a dealer license plate. July 28, 2022: Warning of Violation sent for unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles and impermissible parking locations. The Warning was sent certified and regular mail with a compliance date is August 12, 2022. Exhibit #4 August 22, 2022: Follow up inspection noted all violations remain. Violations: The Maroon Audi and a dark colored Chevrolet parked on the dirt/grass. The unlicensed Chrysler 300 in the driveway and an unlicensed maroon Audi that has not moved in over a year remain on property. August 22, 2022: Photos for Warning of Violation Second Notice. August 23, 2022: Warning of Violation Second Notice sent for unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles and impermissible parking locations. The Warning was sent certified and regular mail with a compliance date is September 7, 2022. Violation: The unlicensed Chrysler 300 in the driveway and an unlicensed maroon Audi that has not moved in over a year remain on property. The maroon Audi and a Chevrolet truck parked on dirt/grass. November 3, 2022: Photos for Notice of Violation and Order. November 4, 2022: for Notice of Violation and Order sent for unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles and impermissible parking locations. The Notice was sent certified and regular mail with a compliance date is November 19, 2022. Exhibit #7 November 22, 2022: WA State Department of Licensing update — Ms. Obasi has 10 days to comply as the car dealership is not operating from the Auburn address she listed and then goes to administrative action for the car dealership. Exhibit #8 December 5, 2022: Follow up inspection noted all violations remain. Photos for Notice of Violation and Order to Correct Second Notice. Violation: The unlicensed Chrysler 300 in the driveway and an unlicensed maroon Audi that has not moved in over a year. The Maroon Audi and a dark colored Chevrolet parked on the dirt/grass. December 6, 2022: Notice of Violation and Order Second Notice sent for unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles and impermissible parking locations. The Notice was sent certified and regular mail with a compliance date is December 21, 2022. A fine of $500.00 was assessed, $250.00 for each violation.
