Item:Observations/Remarks:Action/Status: 1 TDI erecting Poligon structure at Parent Plaza. Placing wood decking for roof.TDI 2 Caliber Concrete removing form work from front planter wall. Caliber Concrete Pavement surface of walk at planter front entrance to consider skate deterrent surface. PPNR/BDA/TDI 3 TDI placing topsoil/planting soil in north planting area. TDI 4 Parks Maintenance met on-site to review grade at critical control point between tennis Parks Maintenance court and north walkway, accepted rough grade of 26.95%. PPNR Grade between tennis court and north planting area, east lawn, to be graded to provide transition between areas for mow able areas. Grades at berm between the north walk and playground area to be grades for transition at south end of berm, and graded at north end of to lower height and transition to terminus. 5 Concrete terminus at new pavement connecting parent plaza to north walk, broken or TDI/Caliber Concrete not completed. 6 Standing water on concrete pavement at entrance to parent plaza.TDI/Caliber Concrete 7 Irrigation Pressure Test - TDI to perform pressure test on mainline of irrigation system TDI and provide documentation and photos of pressure tests to PPNR and BDA.
