Thank you for your comments, your comments have been added to the official file for consideration by
the decision maker and you have been added as a party of record for this project. I wanted to let you
know that you do not need to submit your written comments twice (once to me and once via the online
portal), you may submit comments either directly to the project planner or via the online portal. Either
way the comments would be received by the assigned project manager.
Thank you for your input regarding the proposed buffer reduction, we will take your comments into
consideration when reviewing the requested reduction. Any proposed landscape plantings and/or buffer
enhancement plantings would be subject to compliance with our adopted landscape regulations and
critical areas regulations.
