Situate in the County of King, State of Washington. The date of execution of the Site Lease Agreement was November 12, 1992. Subject Lease is for a term of five (5) years and commenced on August 19, 1993 (the "Commencement Date") and shall terminate at midnight on the last day of the month in which the 5th anniversary of the Commencement Date shall have occurred.
