Hi Michael,
For the NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit (item 5 below), do you need the actual official letter from the DOE stating coverage with the permit number (WAR #xxx)?
NPDES review has concluded for Honey Dew ES with WAR #312246 assigned to the project by DOE with coverage expected to start on 4/17/23.
If you need the official letter, then we are still a month away from receiving that from the DOE before we can send a copy to you.

explanations of items that still need to be completed, purple, items in process or to be deferred and green, items that have been completed. As we receive updated information I will

1. Issuance of Civil Construction Permit – Ongoing. Other items must be completed first.
2. Updated bond quantity worksheet based on final engineering design: Please provide an updated bond quantity worksheet with the final tabulation of the costs associated with the project.
This will be used to calculate the remaining review and inspection fees. The updated bond quantity worksheet can be found at (file is an excel file and will need to be downloaded):

4. Permit bond: Project is public in nature so does not require bonding. Since the project is occurring entirely on school property a Public Agency Agreement for Performance is not
warranted.
5. DOE NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit: Provide proof of NPDES permit coverage from the Department of Ecology.
6. Authorization of special billing: Provide an email with the name, address and phone number of who will be the special billing contact/who pays the bills. This includes any overtime
inspections, if we need 3rd party consultants, use of City vehicles to sweep roads near the site etc.
7. Business licenses for the contractor and subs: Provide.
8. Insurance certificates: Provide.
9. Pre-construction meeting: A preconstruction meeting will need to be held with City staff 1-2 weeks prior to the contractor mobilizing. Please provide an anticipated construction
schedule. One physical copy of the engineering plans will need to be provided to the City inspector at the pre-construction meeting.
