The Lease commenced on January 31, 2022, and will continue for an initial term of fifty (50) years. The Lease contains three (3) additional ten (10)-year Tenant renewal options which upon exercise and approval by Landlord would extend the term of the Lease to a total of eighty (80) years from the commencement date of the Lease. 2. This Memorandum Lease is executed solely for the purpose of giving notice to the public of the existence of the Lease, the terms and conditions of which are expressly incorporated herein by reference for all purposes as though fully set forth herein. 3. Should there be any inconsistency between the terms of this instrument and the Lease incorporated herein, the terms of said incorporated Lease shall prevail.
