I am waiting on the Construction Inspector to be assigned so I can coordinate the pre-con meeting. I will follow up shortly.
The following items are required to be received prior to the pre-construction meeting:
* Receipt of the required Surety Device
* Acceptable Documents can be found on the City website: Development Engineering Forms <https://rentonwa.gov/business/default.aspx?id=42473>
* Required Bond Amount: $222,606.38
* Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (attached)
* A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
* A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
* A signed Authorization of Special Billing Form (form attached)
The Invoice for the Civil Construction Permit is attached. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice on the First Floor
of City Hall prior to the Meeting. Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid.
