Yes, the plans are approved. I have a couple of minor comments:
1. I need an updated bond quantity worksheet (the excel file) so I can determine the permit bond amount for the ECG permit.
2. Please add Water Truck costs to the Bond Quantity Worksheet and an associated note on the plans. I believe dust control will be a concern based on the site soils.
3. Please add TESC Supervisor costs to the Bond Quantity Worksheet
4. Please add Interceptor Swale costs to the Bond Quantity Worksheet
5. Please update the silt fencing per the comments on the plans and send an updated set for signature
Once I have the updated bond worksheet I can provide the required bond amount for the clear and grade.
Please provide the contractor information and business licenses.
I will need the haul route identified prior to the pre-construction meeting.

Hi Ann. Where are we at on the Early Clear and Grade approval? I believe when we last met that you said all reviews were supposed to be completed by yesterday. Also, if you could
give me bonds and fee amounts and anything else you are going to need we could start working on those. Thanks.
