Reid Middleton assisted the City with structural review of the CIP Retaining Wall on this project and we are interested in seeking your expertise once again. We have observed some vertical
cracks in the wall and the concrete barrier and would like to see if you would be able to provide a site inspection to observe the cracks and your professional opinion as to the cause/impacts
of the cracks and if you foresee any long-term concerns with the integrity of the wall.
If this is outside of your realm of services, perhaps you can direct me to another firm that could provide these services?
Please let me know at your earliest convenience. I would anticipate this being paid at T&M as was done with the review of the wall.
