HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Asbuilts BCE #16055Below gives some information as to what is required to be shown: Plan sheets showing information on the following utilities are required to show as-built information and be stamped and certified as record drawings. The standards listed below are minimum requirements and can be expanded upon if requested by the Project Manager or if desired by the Applicant. · Specific Plan Sheet Standards o Cover Sheet a. Cover sheet shall be stamped and signed in accordance with the General Standards listed above in this Section. o Water Utility Drawings a. As-built locations of all water utility facilities including pipes, hydrants, meters, valves, and blow-offs shall be shown on the plan sheets. Minor adjustments to the water utility facilities listed can be shown with callout updates in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. Major adjustments to locations of water utility facilities are required to be shown with new drafting and callouts in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. b. As-built northing, easting, and depth of bury of all vertical and horizontal bends shall be shown on the plan sheets. c. As-built plan and profiles of private fire lines and large (4” or larger) public domestic water services lines shall be shown on the plans if horizontal and/or vertical bends were added to the line. o Sanitary Sewer Utility Drawings a. As-built locations of all public and private sewer structures and pipes shall be shown on the plan sheets. Minor adjustments to locations of sewer structures and pipes can be shown with callout updates in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. Major adjustments to locations of sewer structures and pipes are required to be shown with new drafting and callouts in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. b. As-built rim and invert information shall be included on the plan sheets for all structures including cleanouts. If the as-built rim and invert information is only a minor adjustment to the approved plans, as-built rim and invert information can be shown with a callout update in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. o Stormwater Utility Drawings a. As-built locations of all public and private stormwater structures and pipes shall be shown on the plan sheets. Minor adjustments to locations of stormwater structures and pipes can be shown with callout updates in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. Major adjustments to locations of storm structures and pipes are required to be shown with new drafting and callouts in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. b. As-built rim and invert information shall be included on the plan sheets for all structures including cleanouts. If the as-built rim and invert information is only a minor adjustment to the approved plans, as-built rim and invert information can be shown with a callout update in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. c. As-built detention and water quality volumes shall be shown for all private and public detention and water quality facilities on their respective plan sheet. o Street Lighting and Signal Drawings a. As-built locations for all streetlights, signal poles, other utility poles, junction boxes, cabinets, and street signs shall be shown on the plan sheets. Minor adjustments to the locations of the street lighting and signal facilities listed can be shown with callout updates in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. Major adjustments to locations of street lighting and signal facilities are required to be shown with new drafting and callouts in accordance with the General Standards found above in this Section. b. Latitude and Longitude coordinates for all streetlights, signal poles, other utility poles, and street signs shall be shown on the plan sheets. c. The City Assigned Pole ID Number for all streetlights, signal poles, and other utility poles shall be shown on the plan sheets. o Franchise Utilities (Power, Gas, Cable, Telecommunications, Etc.) a. Aboveground and underground franchise utilities shall be shown on an as-built utility plan. b. As-built horizontal and vertical separation from City utilities shall be shown on the plan if the franchise utility was installed in close proximity to a new or existing City water, sewer, or stormwater utility. o All Other Plans Sheets in the Approved Construction Permit Plans a. All other plan sheets are not required to be stamped and certified as as-built. Is that still the case? Can we just do strike-throughs with the asbuilt information next to it? Thanks.
