1 TDI excavating for storm drainage pipe connection along west property line to connect.TDI
TDI excavating for storm drainage pipe from exist. CB#201 to future CB at dugout, back TDI/BP Gas Line
of ballfield area. TDI coordinating with BP Gas Line for crossing gas lines with new
storm drainage. BDA asked to provide a cross section detail for TDI to submit to BP. BDA
2 TDI installing the metal roof on the pavilion structure.TDI
3 TDI coordinating with Caliber Con. on forming and pouring concrete work throughout TDI
site - Portland Loo, curbs for walkways, pads, etc.
4 Backstop fencing being stalled at Ballfield. Protruding bolts to be flush with ends of bolts.Fence
5 TDI planting at planter strips at Union Avenue. Placing concrete stepping blocks TDI
in planter areas.
6 Decorative fence installed along mow strip partially complete, pending connection to TDI/Fence
entrance walk curbs. Fence top caps to be checked for level and finish top elev. per
contract documents. Fence bolts protruding shall be cut flush to end of bolts.
7 Drainage grate at entrance filled with debris, to be cleaned and debris removed. TDI
8 TDI installing irrigation valves and valve boxes in lawn and planter areas shall be TDI
adjusted to finish grade. Valve and pull boxes to receive gravel for drainage.
9 EWF scheduled for placement in playground on March 20, 2023.TDI
10 Fence repair pending along south property line. TDI to coordinate repair and provide COP.TDI/Fence
11 Mulch existing tree rings - 4 to 6-feet mulch ring from tree trunk base. TDI
12 TDI provide irrigation quick coupling valve at front entrance. TDI
13 Chain link fence gate installed at Tennis Court.Fence
14 Pending ret. wall, fence and walk at north end, decorative fence at south end ret. wall.TDI
