This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-21-227 with Axon
Enterprise, Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote #
Q-460443-44980.993JH, in the amount of $42,410.71, and adds additional tasers for the
Police Department to our existing contract.
