1 Ian Gray, COR Arborist, on-site to evaluate location of exist. Douglas Fir and proposed COR Arborist
tree planting. Douglas Fir trimmed to permit new tree location not to conflict. Additional
trimming by COR in future.
2 Site furnishing delivered to site. Benches, tables, trash receptacles, drink fountains TDI
3 TDI placing compost materials for incorporation into planting soil in turf areas west TDI
of ballfield and sports court.
4 TDI placing mulch around trees for tree rings - 4 - 6-foot outside of tree trunk. Mulch to TDI
form 'doughnut' around tree trunk, no mulch touching tree trunks.
5 TDI placing final metal roofing and trim material on pavilion at Parent Plaza.TDI
6 PSE confirms with TDI for electrical work on April 7, 2023. TDI/PSE
7 TDI providing narrative to BP Gas Line regarding proposed storm drainage across gas line.TDI/BP Gas Line
8 EWF (Engineered Wood Fiber) being blown into playground area over filter cloth, total TDI
depth to be 12-inches.
9 TDI and Caliber Concrete to check grade on sides of trench grate at front entrance, TDI/Caliber Concrete
Union Avenue entrance, to ensure ADA compliance and acceptance. Appears a potential
lip on concrete edges.
10 Decorative fence and mow stirp at north and south ends pending completion.TDI
11 Rough grading of turf area east of tennis court and middle area turf at east lawn to be TDI
graded for transition. TDI to check with COR on acceptance of grades for mow ability.
12 Union Avenue streetscape plant beds and center plant bed at park entrance nearing TDI
completion of planting, soil and other debris in plant beds needs to be removed.
13 Irrigation work continues throughout park. TDI to check on compliance with thrust blocks.TDI
