It was nice talking with you. As discussed attached is my rough markup of scope that we are willing to accept be removed from the original permitted project. Please review and provide
acceptance, comment and/or a revised sheet as needed.
Note that this markup is a conceptual proposal and not authorized until acceptance from yourself as the EOR has been received and confirmation of such acceptance has been given by the
City.
