Velmeir Acquisition Services, LLC., as the applicant of the project, understands and accepts the risk of
developing in a potentially unstable area and Velmeir Acquisition Services will advise, in writing, any
prospective purchasers of the site, or any prospective purchasers of structures or portions of structures on
the site, of the unstable potential of the area, if any. A Geotechnical Report has been completed which will
guide the project team in the design of the Urgent Care Clinic.
