West77 Partners understands that the proposed project location is within an area of geologic risk and by nature
of this application accepts the risk of developing in an unstable area. A geotechnical report has been completed
along with a site-specific seismic analysis with will guide the project team in the design of the LivAway Hotel
development. West77 Partners will advise in writing any prospective purchasers of the site, of the unstable
potential associated with development in this region.
