Proposed Construction dates: • Pending permit approval, 9/11/23 thru 10/18/24. Hours and days of Operation: • Monday through Friday during hours permitted by the City of Renton. Proposed Hauling/transportation routes: • The primary vehicular construction access point will be located on Park Avenue N at the proposed southernmost driveway entrance. Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosion, mud, noise, and other noxious characteristics: • TESC measures will be installed as depicted in the plans. Silt fencing around the perimeter of the affected site, catch basin inserts at onsite catch basins and adjacent downstream catch basins, a quarry spall construction entrance for ingress egress, water truck for dust control and a vacuum sweeper truck to maintain jobsite frontage streets. Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling: • We do not anticipate special hauling on weekends or holidays. Additionally, we do not anticipate construction work occurring on weekends. If this is required, we will inquire with the city for permission. Preliminary traffic control plan: • We do not anticipate needing a traffic control plan since the original utility work for this development was completed and all services were stubbed to the site. If, however, the city deems a TCP would be required, attached is a preliminary copy. For excavations extending deeper and below the static ground water table, dewatering using well points or deep wells will be necessary. A proposed dewatering plan will be prepared and provided prior to construction activities. Soil and/or Groundwater Contamination: • The Phase II Limited Site Investigation Report prepared by PSI, Inc. dated June 11, 2018, for the Topgolf project included soil sampling at the proposed Renton Park, LLC development. As stated by PSI, the soil, groundwater, and soil-gas sampling were below laboratory reporting limits and MTCA screening levels. Therefore, PSI recommended no additional investigation was required.
