Dear Clark H. Close:
The King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) has received the Determination of
Non-Significance Mitigated (DNS-M) for the LivAway Renton Hotel Development, 7XX Park
Ave N, Renton, WA 98057 (APN 0886610010) project (PR23- 000050, LUA23- 000066, ECF,
SA- A) that proposes Administrative Site Plan Review and Environmental (SEPA) Review
approval to construct a four-story 126-guest room hotel and surface parking area near the
intersection of Park Ave N and N 8th St.
A King County facility, the 96-inch diameter Eastside Interceptor Section 2 is located to the
west of the proposed project site. (See enclosed record drawing showing the location of the
facility in the project vicinity).
In order to protect this wastewater facility during construction, WTD requires that City of
Renton submit construction drawings for the project, so that WTD can assess its potential
impacts. Please send drawings to:
