PRIMERS
MC- Zinc 100
Wasser’s proven, high-performance, single-
component, moisture-cure urethane, organic
zinc-rich primer is now formulated to meet the strict
VOC requirements for industrial maintenance
coatings. 83% zinc in the dry film makes MC-Zinc
100 the optimum, zinc-rich primer.
MC-Miozinc 100
MC-Miozinc 100 meets strict VOC specifications for
industrial maintenance coatings. The combination of
zinc and micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigments makes
this primer ideal for protecting pitted steel or steel
with complex geometry.
MC-Ferroclad 100
A single-component, moisture-cured urethane primer
for ductile iron pipe and fittings and steel substrates.
MC-FerroClad™ 100 is a proprietary formulation uti-
lizing micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigments and zinc
to achieve outstanding long term corrosion reistance.
MC-Prepbond 100
MC-Prepbond is Wasser’s universal, moisture-cure
urethane primer for ferrous and non-ferrous metal
substrates. It is ideal for use as a tie coat over most
existing coatings and can be used in red lead
encapsulation systems.
MC-Universal Primer 100 DTM
Meeting strict VOC specifications for industrial
maintenance coatings, this non-metallic DTM primer
is ideal for protecting SSPC-SP6 blasted steel, pitted
steel or steel with complex geometry.
INTERMEDIATES
MC-Ferrox B 100
This is Wasser’s most specified intermediate for new
construction and maintenance project applications.
MC-CR 100
This corrosion resistant intermediate coating is a
versatile overcoat product that shows superior
adhesion to various substrates.
MC-Miomastic 100
Wasser’s premium, surface tolerant intermediate
coating. MC-Miomastic 100 is a blend of micaceous
iron oxide (MIO) and corrosion inhibiting pigments
designed for application to moisture-cure and most
old, conventional coatings.
TOPCOATS
MC-Ferrox A 100
Now less than 100 grams per liter, MC-Ferrox A 100
meets the strictest standards for industrial
maintenance coatings . MC-Ferrox A 100 is Wasser’s
micaceous iron oxide (MIO) enriched matte-finish,
aliphatic moisture cure urethane topcoat.
MC-Shieldcoat 100
MC-Shieldcoat 100 is compliant to the strictest
standards at less than 100 grams per liter VOC.
This is Wasser’s aesthetic, gloss-finish, moisture-cure
urethane, aliphatic topcoat. It provides excellent
resistance to UV, weathering and abrasion in a
moisture cure urethane coating. This topcoat
selection has reliable performance for application
in various service environments, project types and
substrates.
MC-Luster 100
Wasser’s most specified, aliphatic, semi-gloss top-
coat is VOC compliant to the strictest standards for
industrial maintenance coatings. MC-Luster 100 is an
ideal MCU urethane topcoat with easy recoatability,
excellent resistance to UV, weathering and abrasion.
MC-Antigraffiti 100
MC-Antigraffiti 100 is Wasser’s single component,
low VOC, non-sacrificial, moisture-cure, aliphatic
urethane topcoat. It is an ideal topcoat for
concrete, metal or all surfaces that require
superior UV protection and easy removal of
graffiti, inside or out.
Wasser Polyflex 102 Rapid Thane
Wasser Polyflex 102 RapidThane Polyaspartic is a
two component, high-build, aliphatic topcoat.
Designed for use over one of Wasser’s MCU primers
or in DTM applications, it is part of a revolutionary
rapid deployment system that saves both time and
money.
POLYUREA
Wasser Polyflex 201
Wasser Polyflex 201 is a NSF listed high performance
polyurea coating/lining for both steel and concrete
tanks. Polyflex 201 offers superior service life in a
variety of climatic conditions for potable water or
chemical service.
Wasser Polyflex 202 High Chem
Wasser Polyflex 202 High Chem is a high
performance polyurea coating/lining formulated to
perform well in chemical exposures typically reserved
for novalac epoxy. The product’s balance of hardness
and flexibility provide excellent long-term durability.
Wasser Polyflex 204
Polyflex 204 is a high performance membrane of
Polyurea. Providing excellent insulation it may also
be used as a resistant material against a variety
of chemical products and can be used in a wide
range of climatic conditions while continuing to offer
excellent durability. Applications are typically done by
brush and roller. Due to its aliphatic nature the
product is suitable for exterior applications. It is
flexible and self-levelling. While it could be used as
a repair kit, it can also be used as a complete water
proofing membrane.
Wasser Polyflex 401 Polar Serve
Wasser Polyflex 401 is a high performance polyurea
membrane that provides excellent abrasion and
shock absorption in conditions where most other
Polyurea products fail. Polyflex 401 maintains
flexibility and provides excellent protection even in
extreme cold conditions.
SPECIALTY
MC-Tar 100
Wasser combined moisture-cure urethane technology,
micaceous iron oxide, and refined tar resin to produce
a superior corrosion resistant coating. MC-Tar 100
has proven performance in severe exposure, and is
recommended for application on various substrates
for immersion, atmospheric, and buried environments.
It has the ability to provide outstanding barrier
protection in one-coat or multi-coat systems.
MC-TruGrip
MC-TruGrip is a single component, aliphatic, anti-slip
coating with glass aggregate in the material to give
excellent resistance to slippage. Its unique moisture
cure urethane properties provide a strong surface
for harsh environments. MC-TruGrip is designed for
single coat applications over recommended primers
on a variety of surfaces.
PURQuik - Accelerator
PURQuik® is a 100% solids proprietary additive
formulated to accelerate the curing process of any
Wasser Moisture Cure Urethane coating. This unique
additive reduces recoat and overcoat times up to
80% and effectively reduces completion times even in
temperature as low as 10°F (-12°C).
