I LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot 5, Block 1, Assessor's plat of White Fence Ranch, according to the plat thereof, recorded in volume 65 of plats, page
6, in King County, Washington; situate in the County of King, state of Washington. j
The "Grantor(s),"Audrey and Nataliya Kozak, represent that he/she/it/they own the property described
above (the "Property") and covenant and agree as follows regarding annexation into the City of Renton,
Washington.
1. 0asis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition to Grantor(s) being permitted to
connect to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton ("Grantee") to serve the Property
which, as of the date of this covenant to annex, is located outside of the city limits of the City of
Renton.
2. Parties and Progeny Bound. This covenant to annex shall be binding on the Grantor(s) and all
persons and entities subsequently acquiring any right, title, or interest in or to the Property (the
"Bound Parties"), and shall be a covenant running with the land.
3. Equivalent to Signature can Annexation Petition. As consideration for receiving sewer and/or water
service from Grantee, Grantor(s), on behalf of Grantor(s) and the other Bound Parties, hereby agree
that this covenant to annex constitutes the legal equivalent of Grantor(s)° and the other Round
Parties` signatures can a petition to annex the Property into the City of Renton at such time as,
pursuant to the RCW 35A.14.120 direct petition method of annexation, the Property, together with
such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City/Grantee or other petitioners may determine, is
not less than sixty percent in value of the property for which annexation is petitioned.
4. Com�aliance with Utility Re uirernents. Grantors), on behalf of Grantor(s) and the rather Bound
Parties, agree to comply with all the requirements of lawn and regulation regarding the connection
to Grantee's sewer and/or water service.
