Dear Steve,
Thank you for your time reviewing this project. In response to the correction notice dated
January 30, 2023, I am writing to provide additional information regarding the submittal for the
above-mentioned project, located at 1755 NE. 48th Street.
As you will see, the proposed generator has changed slightly from the original plans. The
proposed model/fuel type of the generator in our revised plans submitted today is a 50kW
Natural Gas Generator, that we believe is the best generator for this site, located on the
existing pad within the existing compound. In addition, the plans show the protective bollards
per Fire Code section 312, as required from the previous correction. Please see the attached
Building Permit Revision Form for the specific sheets/details on the revised pages of the plans.
The attached plans reflect the proposed work, which includes the modification of an existing
wireless telecom facility with the addition of (1) 50kW Natural Gas Generator with 6” removable
bollards on an existing concrete pad within an existing CMU compound. Also, the modification
of an existing CMU wall for proposed removable access gate.
