Gregg,
Here are two sets of mylars for Chelan Creek Final Plat for your review and signature. The following has been completed:
The final plat was approved by the Hearing Examiner on April 26, 2017.
All construction permit fees have been paid.
The impact fees will be paid at building permit issuance.
The inspector has signed off the construction permit.
Please contact me when they have been signed and I will stop by and pick them up.
