ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
AESI was onsite for a weekly TESC visit. No discharge was observed at the time of visit. AESI took a water sample from
the 111th Ave swale outfall. The turbidity of the water came back at 6.01 NTU. This is in compliance with the SWPP. AESI
observed exposed soils onsite. The contractor notified AESI that landscapers were to be coming next week.
