1 Storm water drainage extension completed, placement of structures and pipe behind TDI
ballfield on west property. Existing structure to have a solid lid placed on top.
Area being prepared for dugout concrete work. Berm required rough grading for final
placement and height.
2 Site area prepared for sodding, pending acceptable weather conditions for sod placement.TDI
3 Benches placed at pads and playground area. Site furnishing locations to be verified by BDA/COR
BDA and COR for final placement. Benches to be cleaned, bolts cut to flush.
4 Concrete pads for site furnishings, walks, utility pads, and other concrete work to be TDI/Caliber Concrete
completed. Concrete sub not on site. TDI to confirm schedule for concrete work.
5 Drainage structures, vault boxes, and irrigation valve boxes are being adjusted to TDI
finish grade in preparation for sodding.
6 Irrigation sleeve and pipes installed in parking lot for parking lot island irrigation.TDI
7 Portland Loo base footing ready for concrete placement. Electrical and plumbing work TDI
completed for setting Portland Loo structure.
8 Drainage structure lid to be adjusted to accommodate mow strip and decorative fence TDI
at north side of walk entrance. Bollards have been roughed in for placement.
9 Zip Line playground equipment damaged area to be confirmed with TDI on resolution. TDI
10 South end of retaining wall to be checked for alignment, complete mow strip and fence. TDI
11 North end of Union Avenue, electrical connection complete, continue with walk prep. TDI
12 ADA accessible ramp on east side of Union Ave. to be completed during school vacation.TDI/Caliber Concrete
13 Demolition final inspection by COR, TDI to coordinate - extension permit expires 5/1/2023 TDI/COR
14 Coordinating with COR Parks Maintenance on north natural area, tennis court, pad clean.COR
