Hello Camille,
We have completed review of the most recently submitted materials and have not further requests related to them.
However, as part of the subdivision a modification to street standards is being requested. A fee of $273.00 is
outstanding. I apologize that this wasn’t caught sooner. Attached to this email is the updated invoice. Please be aware
that we will continue to work on the administrative decision, but the fee will need to be paid prior to the decision being
released. Once the fee has been paid, please let me know.
