Hi All,
I regret to inform you that Taco Bell has decided to terminate their proposed project on NE 4th
Street. Unfortunately the construction costs came back much higher than expected. I wanted to
thank you for your time and help throughout the approval process.
Please let me know if there are any outstanding invoices and/or review fees that need to be paid.
