Thank you for your initial comments related to the 800 Garden project (LUA22-000415) wherein you are requesting a
desktop review of the project area be conducted. In addition, should the project impact native soils, you are
recommending a monitoring & inadvertent discovery plan be developed. Lastly, you are requesting consultation with
the concerned Tribes' cultural committees and staff regarding cultural resource issues. Your letter has been included in
the official project file and you have been made a party of record.

Hello Clark,
Thank you for contacting the DAHP about this project. Please see the attached letter from the DAHP recommending an
archaeological survey of the project area prior to ground disturbing activities. Due to existing hardscaping and fill on the
property, we recommend an Overview Assessment (Desktop Survey) be conducted to determine whether or not
archaeological monitoring of the project is warranted. More details are contained in the attached letter.
