1 Timber backstop being installed at ballfield backstop.
2 Area northwest of tennis court to be regraded to prevent additional drainage to north, TDI/BDA/PPNR
re-establish to exist. grade. Meeting on site 4/17/2028.
3 Manholes, vaults, utility boxes, irrigation components adjusted to finish grade.TDI
4 Concrete forming and placement at curbs, ADA east ramp, entrance walkway, pads.TDI/Caliber
5 Sod arrives on site for installation. Contractor utilizing methods to adjust to muddy TDI
and wet site to place sod.
6 COR Parks Maintenance cleaning west planting area, natural area on north side, and COR Parks Maintenance
south property lines.
7 Exist. chain link fence repaired at south property line, at Barber Residence. TDI
8 Portland loo footing and utility connections ready to receive setting of Portland Loo TDI
structure.
9 BDA to provide alternative layout of site furnishing - benches and tables at south picnic BDA/PPNR
pad and parent plaza to accommodate ADA access and safe distance from BBQ.
Recommended layout for location of imbed set of tables in the parent plaza area.
10 Additional area of concrete to be added after adjustment of utility box.TDI/Caliber
