1. Provide downstream analysis verifying the 9 foot section of 8 inch pipe downstream in South 2nd Street has adequate capacity.

SEWER
1. Provide sizing calculations for the grease interceptor. This needs to be reviewed by the wastewater department. Show sewer connection.
2. Applicant proposes underground parking. The building department will require floor drains and they will need to be connected to the sanitary sewer through an approved oil/water separator

3. Show IE at each side sewer.
4. Note on the sewer plan that the side sewer can only be reused if the side sewer is PVC.
WATER
1. Continue working with Abdoul Gafour with the water main design
GENERAL COMMENTSs
1. Add City of Renton standard detail Type II on the detail sheet.
2. Provide spot elevations along the curb line in Main Street. Show flow direction.
3. Why is there a Type I catch basin in the alley? What is the purpose?
4. Show FFE (finish floor elevation) on the building on the utility plan
