The bottom line is that as the owner, we think we are complete.
Month’s ago my understanding was that the sole item remaining was the lighting issue. This was ultimately resolved by a ‘Right of Way’ permit. I submitted the right of way permit
application to the City last week. A copy of this application is the first attachment.
The second attachment is an email with a checklist from Craig Burnell from last January and my follow up to Craig last week. We believe we have submitted everything to the City long
ago on this checklist, I produced an email string attached that illustrates this effort. I realize that Jan retired and the City records may be incomplete. I met with Craig last
Thursday and let him know we are happy to produce anything on the list that the City might be missing – he indicated that he would get back to me.

Hello Brian,
Cliff Long asked me to help determine the remaining items that need to be addressed before the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) can be issued for your project. I have been in contact
with Justin Johnson, Civil Engineer. Justin was assigned the project when Jan Illian retired. We need to discuss the Right-of-Way Use Permit with Brianne Bannwarth, and she is expected
to return to the office on Wednesday, Sept. 5th. We will be in contact upon Brianne’s return.
