CO #32-23 Approved by Cheryl Beyer via 3/27/2023 email Change Order No. 32 Contract Title: Lake Washington Loop Trail Project Contract No. CAG -20-126 Page 2 of 3 THE CONTRACT IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: Description of Change: This Change Order modifies the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Condition of Award (COA) commitment to the DBE Subcontractor, based on the City of Renton and WSDOT Approval. Reason for Change: Change Order 15 modified the Condition of Award to $298,887.51. All work is completed, and the amount of DBE work performed increased by $50,971.08. All COA subcontractors’ work increased except for Green City who performed the landscape work. There were quantity underruns in the landscape work and Green City has accepted the partial termination of their work due to the underruns. The revised COA is $349,858.59. The Work of the referenced Contract is modified to include the changes detailed herein. The payment provided for herein shall constitute the complete and final settlement for all costs of labor, equipment, materials, overhead, profit, permit fees, and all other claims that may be made by the Contractor as a result of this change.
