THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Associated Earth Sciences Inc. (AESI) was on-site today to observe paving. Upon arrival we met with representatives of Olympic
Paving and Cornerstone.
Paving:
While we were on-site we observed Olympic Paving pace for two driveways (Fig 1). Asphalt was placed and compacted
approximately 4” thick. Asphalt consisted of ½” HMA, AESI was provided with a rice value of 158.8 from the asphalt plant. Asphalt
was compacted utilizing a large and medium vibratory roller. AESI completed compaction tests on the surface and achieved results
which meet or exceed compaction specifications (Table 1).
AESI departed the site in the PM and will return upon request.
