THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
AESI arrived on site at 12:00pm at the request of the contractor to observe the backfill in the parking lot. When we arrived
on site, we met Jerry Jr. with Continental Dirt Contractors.
Parking Lot:
AESI observed driveway subgrades in areas highlighted in images below. Most of the area appeared firm and unyielding,
but localized areas of soft subgrade probed 8 inches or more. We understand paving in this area is not planned for a
month or more. We recommended proof rolling this area around a week before paving to allow time to complete
remedial preparation in any soft spots that remain at that time.
