ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
The contractor is using temporary check dams and swales onsite to impound the water. The swale has adequate water
storage for now and will work as a temporary short term solution. The contractor has acquired a Baker tank and notified
AESI that a permit from King County is pending to allow storm water discharge to the sanitary sewer system with higher
turbidity limits.
