TESC REPORT NO. 12/13/2022 WAR310781 20180398E003 033 Sample Location Approximate Flow Turbidity NTU/Transparency pH Compliance ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: The contractor is using temporary check dams and swales onsite to impound the water and has acquired a Baker tank and received a permit to discharge construction storm water to King County sanitary sewer with higher turbidity limits. The contractor intends to pump storm water from the existing north swale to the sanitary sewer any time turbidity levels exceed target levels applicable for discharge under the construction storm water general permit. No offisite discharge was observed during the visit. AESI took a water sample from water held in the temporary north swale. The water quality came back at 61 NTU and 6.0 pH. While onsite, AESI observed the Baker tank leaking into the west sediment pond. AESI notified the contractor. The contractor indicated they would fix it.
